Congratulations to all of our wrestlers who wrestled in Individual Sections this past weekend in Shakopee.  Ben Cousins qualified to go to the State Tournament next weekend!  Way to go Ben!

Our wrestling banquet will be held on March 18th in the JFK Cafeteria.  Social Hour at 5:00 and dinner and program start at 5:30.  In keeping with tradition, this is a potluck.  Everyone needs to bring a dish to share.  Seniors and juniors bring a main dish.  Sophomores bring a dessert.  Freshman and eighth graders bring a salad.  Remember to dress banquet appropriate.  See you there.

Congratulations to four of our 9th graders (Brayden Morris, Hunter Judge, Logan Judge and Nic Yearling) for going to the 9th Grade State Tournament.    Brayden Morris finished in 5th place and Hunter Judge finished 8th.  Congratulations to all of you!  Go Eagles!

Congratulations to our varsity team for finishing 3rd at the Dave Arens Tournament this weekend.  Way to go Eagles.

Congratulations to Logan Judge, Hunter Judge, Brayden Morris and Nic Yearling for qualifying for Freshman State!  Good luck on Saturday, Feb. 4 at Champlin Park High.  Go Eagles!

Congratulations to Kennedy’s Freshman team for qualifying for the state tournament, which will be held Saturday, January 21, at Hastings High School. Go Eagles!

Congratulations to both JV and Varsity for the fantastic wrestling at the Stillwater tourney.  Varsity took 2nd to Chatfield.  It was a tough and very close match!  JV also wrestled very well.

Congratulations to the Bloomington Kennedy Wrestlers who placed in the Bi-State Tourney yesterday.  This was a 54 team tournament and our team placed 11th overall.  We had 5 individual wrestlers who also placed: 
Ben Cousins - 3rd @ 152 lbs.,
Arich Juberian-5th place @160 lbs.
Orhan Azizi-6th place @126 lbs.
Johnny Maiers-12th place @113 lbs.
Jordan Dodd-12th place @195 lbs.
